A fabulous little hidden gem in eltham. My daughter myself and my mum had a lovely brunch here last week .manageress was amazing ,superb customer service .

A Delightful Experience at The Fabulous Tearoom! We had a truly wonderful time at The Fabulous Tearoom with family and friends. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with incredibly warm and friendly service that made us feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and added a personal touch that really made the experience special. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious, the cakes were indulgent and beautifully presented, and the selection of teas was top-notch. You can tell a lot of care goes into every detail. The decor is charming and elegant, creating a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that’s perfect for a relaxing catch-up or a special treat. It’s clear this tearoom is run with passion and pride. We’ll definitely be back soon!

My husband and I had the most delicious brunch ever!! We ordered a shared plate and it was amazing.So much food!! Great oat chai latte as well. I couldn't recommend it enough. Went back again to enjoy our coffee and chai latte

I got in touch with Louise to help with a 60th Wedding Anniversary party. She is amazing, helpful, friendly and professional. We are so grateful for her help. She made us delicious scones that were fresh and extremely tasty and she also made us a superb cake for the occasion. We can't thank her enough as the cake was the centre piece of our party and the scones were enjoyed by all the guests! I would highly recommend using Louise for high quality food. i will definitely use her services again. Thank you Louise for all your help and kindness.

Early Mothers Day treat with my two adult children and my 10 month old grandson. Had seen this place on Facebook and wanted to visit for ages. Such a quaint little place and such excellent service. Staff were lovely and food incredible. Planning to go back very soon.

We loved our visit to The Fabulous Tearoom! Lots of afternoon teas need advance booking but at TFT we were able to walk in and order our cream tea and children's afternoon teas without prior booking! There is outdoor space at the front and back, cosy seating and a fun colourful atmosphere inside. The service was so warm, welcoming and friendly throughout. Lots of choice on the menu- the tea blends were lovely, huge pots in proper china. Scones were served warm and were delicious. The portions are generous and whatever you don't eat is popped into a box to take home! Good value for money and a great choice for children, families and we'll definitely be back!

Louise,s food Is always amazing never disappointed but the most amazing thing about this place is the service Louise and the other lady that work here are the friendliest lovely people going so if you want a traditional afternoon tea or a bacon Sarney this is the place to come

The most accommodating tearoom with the best sugar free afternoon tea! We have been searching for years for a place that does a tasty sugar free for my diabetic mum and although it’s not something they normally do, they took on the challenge and put their heart and soul into! The cakes were the best my mum has ever tasted! The owner was lovely and a pillar of the community! The tearoom brought back lots of memories of our Nan with all the sweet china cups. Thank you for making my mums 60th birthday one to remember. We will be back! X
